Once your item has shipped, you can expect arrival on the East Coast to be approximately 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days on the West Coast. There may be some delays during rush and peak seasons such as the holidays. No shipping is done on weekends or holidays.
Refunds: You will have 24hrs from the time you have placed your order to cancel your order and receive a FULL Refund. Simply email us with your request & order number and we will cancel and Refund your order. Any orders received and processed after the 24hr period will NOT be eligible for Refund.
Store Credit: If your order is eligible for store credit, you will receive a code via email to redeem your store credit. Store credit will be valid for up to 1 YEAR after it has been issued.

Item(s) must be in their original condition in which they were received when being returned to us or they will not be eligible for exchange. If your exchange request is unavailable you will be issued a store credit. Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from the date it is issued. Elite Cafe' will not be responsible for return shipping cost associated with your exchange or changes. Carrier insurance is recommended when returning your items to us. Please do not return any items to Elite Cafe' without written communication expressing your request. Failure to email us with your request prior to returning your item could result in extreme delays of your request or your item(s) not being returned back to you.
